After 16 years Mozilla changes the Firefox logo

We have long been aware of the redesign of the logo. Last year, the company explained that the flamethrower logo did not represent the entire company's products. Changing the color or removing the flip from the logo will not suffice.

The iconic logo has accompanied Firefox and Mozilla services since 2003, and today after 16 years it will be completely changed.

In a blog post today, the company discovered the new design that has been working for 18 months to try to create an iconography that shows more than a browser.

We have long been aware of the redesign of the logo. Last year, the company explained that the flamethrower logo did not represent the entire company's products. Changing the color or removing the flip from the logo will not suffice.

So Mozilla said it should start from scratch and that's the new logo. The orange fox that revolved around the blue globe has been removed and replaced by some solid colored circular pens.
Minimalist forms are designed to represent the growing portfolio of Mozilla products. Depending on how you use Mozilla's services, menus and taskbars will change.
